Today, I was on ths Isle of Wight during the festival, I wasn't there for the music, I WAS THERE FOR THE BUSES, I had a great time on the different buses, we have the Swindon Bus Company's Omnidekka buses, the Southampton Unilink Enviro 400 MMC and City buses, the FORMER London Optare Olympus buses, the former Salisbury Reds and Damory Plaxton Presidents and the Southern Vectos own vehicles (which includes some OPEN TOPS) This is also my video to celebrate TfSoE reaching 100 subscribers as on Thursday 19th June 2025 it became 100 EDIT: THERE IS A MISTAKE IN THIS VIDEO, if you go to 53:18, I put 'I have' in the video, that isn't suppose to there at that time, it is suppose to be there at 53:00, sorry for the mistake Buses I rode on the day: Swindon Bus Company 375 - Omnidekka Southern Vectis 1991 - OPEN TOP Plaxton President Former Salisbury Reds 1993 - Plaxton President Former Salisbury Reds 1997 - Plaxton President Southern Vectis 1402 - Optare Visionaire Southern Vectis 1613 - Enviro 400 Southern Vectis 1659 - Enviro 400 MMC Various other buses that were filmed are buses like the Southampton Unilinks, the Former London Buses and the other Southern Vectis vehicles For those that doesn't know the Southern Vectis Routes 5 and 9: The 5 bus DOES NOT usually go to Wootton, it went to there this weekend as it was a one way system passing the festival (through Medina), so the route had to go through Wootton towards East Cowes and the normal route through Medina on the way back The 9 bus normally goes through Wootton but it is also normally every 20 mins through Medina and every 20 mins through Staplers and Wootton Station, but they were doing an every 10 mins service through Staplers and Wootton Station both ways as they couldn't get past Medina (where the Festival is) Chapters: 0:00 - Channel Intro 0:57 - Arriving into Ryde Esplanade 1:23 - Train departing 2:10 - Ryde Esplanade 2:32 - Riding 1613 on Route 9 to John Street 3:37 - Buses around John Street 4:55 - Riding 375 on Route 9F to Binfield Corner 9:25 - Buses at Binfield Corner 12:00 - Riding 375 again to Wootton 12:11 - Buses at Wootton 13:05 - Riding 1993 for 2 stops 13:17 - 1997 arriving 13:32 - Riding 1997 to Festival via Ryde 21:16 - Buses at Festival Bus Station 23:11 - Riding OPEN TOP 1402 on Route 9F 33:57 - Buses at Festival Bus Station 36:00 - Riding OPEN TOP 1991 on Route 9F to John Street (indoors) 36:55 - Buses at John Street 37:44 - Queue for Newport Festival Bus 38:37 - Festival Buses at Newport 39:26 - Riding 1659 on Route 5 to Wootton 45:33 - Buses at Wootton 48:28 - Riding on 375 AGAIN to Festival 51:45 - Riding OPEN TOP 1991 on Route 9F (outdoors) 1:02:04 - 1991 departing 1:02:15 - Buses coming in and out of Festival Bus Station 1:06:53 - Riding on Route 5 to Newport 1:08:19 - Newport Bus Station 1:08:30 - Ryde Bus Station 1:11:48 - Thanks for Watching 1:11:53 - Now for Pictures
