Ida is connected with lunar energy, therefore, the feminine energy within us all. Unblocking the flow of this energy liberates the feminine energy to flow more effectively and organically, unrestricted by blockages and stagnate energy areas. From the base of the spine, the Root Chakra, through the left side of the energy field that you are, into the head, the Crown Chakra. The Ida Nadi stream lies to the left of the Sushumna Nadi, the center stream of the three primary Nadi channels. In Sanskrit Ida is comfort. These Ida Nadi frequencies unblock the creative self. And, it unblocks the feminine aspects; empathy, compassion, understanding and passions within us all. The rising and falling frequencies in this soundscape flush the Prana path, moving fresh energy back and forth, to remove stagnate energies and blockages throughout the entire Ida Nadi channel. --- I am not going to go into Nadi teachings here, that is a very in-depth subject.
