Kingavon TV55 - Portable Black and white 5.5" screen TV

This small portable TV was discovered in a local charity shop. The price was £20 which is about right as they are available on eBay from around £25. This one however is in an almost new condition with no case marks and complete with instruction manual and power supply. The mystery is however the date of manufacture. I have been unable to discover when Kingavon made this device or how it was distributed. I suspect is was made specifically for use in caravans and other similar locations. I think it is was manufactured in the late 70's or early 80's. If anyone has any more information about the company or this TV55, please let me know. Hope you enjoy the video. Take care David
