Adult Gap Year: Hong Kong (part 2) Feb/March 2025

A full circle moment! I started my Adult Gap Year last April in Hong Kong with my mom and now my mom and I are back in Hong Kong to spend the last leg of this year long trip around the world. This trip is split into two parts. The first half is when we first arrived to HK in late February and we spent some time with my aunt, uncle, cousins, and their kids. We did some of the classic Hong Kong activities like visiting the Peak for the beautiful HK skyline and taking the cable car up to see the Big Buddha. Of course a trip to HK is not complete without some yummy food like HK French toast, satay beef noodle soup, and red bean ice so of course we ate A LOT and tried some popular places around HK. Following our family trip to China, my mom and I returned to Hong Kong & tried some new activities like my first Derby! I love this city so much. No matter how many times I visit, there is always somewhere new and I always leave a part of my heart when I leave. P.S there is a combination of English and Cantonese in this vlog (I tried to do some translations).
