Hello soul fam! This has come across your feed because unfortunately someone has sent you some negative energy. This could be in the form of a curse, hex or jinx or it could just be particularly strong hateful thoughts. Around 10% of the population has enough power to do this. I never return the energy to them. I dissolve it. I believe and was taught that sending back the energy only 1) intensifies it 2) perpetuates the cycle of pain. It opens you up to dark and scary entities who will enjoy tormenting you.
