For years, I’ve been absolutely 100% sure that at the end of each chorus Kurt Cobain was singing “going by” instead of “your advice” – whatever this could mean))) It was my wife that pointed out this mistake to me when we were watching the most successful take together. I apologize… and still upload the video! This acoustic performance is essentially a byproduct of our months-long rehearsing our full-band cover of “Heart-Shaped Box”. I’ve been thinking about doing an acoustic cover as well, and when a student of mine failed to show up, I hopped at the opportunity. It took multiple takes but I finally nailed it (or at least I think I did). The guitar is the same trusty old Fender Acoustic. Shot with a 13 iPhone. Forever in debt to your priceless advice!
