The Pune Outer Ring Road is a planned 136 km to 173 km road that will bypass the city, with a project cost of over \(42,711\) crore. It will connect major highways and pass through 83 villages, aiming to improve connectivity and reduce congestion. Route and alignment The alignment starts at Urse and ends at Varve (Kelwade), passing through talukas like Maval and Bhor.It will connect to major highways and will pass through 83 villages surrounding Pune.It is being developed as a green field road, passing through agricultural, barren, and forest land. Features Lanes: The road will have two lanes on each side.
