Subscribe to me to learn how to make simply adorable desserts based off of animes, Japanese characters, and more! ^_^ INGREDIENTS: Caramel Pastry Cream~ -1/4 cup of my homemade salted caramel: • How To Make SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE -1 cup whole milk -1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract 3 egg yolks -1/4 cup granulated sugar -1.5 tbsp corn starch -1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour Pate Choux Dough~ -1/4 cup water -1/4 cup milk -1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter -1/2 tsp salt -1 tsp granulated sugar -1/2 cup flour -2-3 eggs (beaten) Bake at 450F for 5 minutes and then at 350F for 30 minutes (keep an eye on them, but DO NOT open the oven to check because you will deflate your eclairs) How to make the caramelized white chocolate ganache! :) 1. Chop up your white chocolate (must be high quality) and place onto a metal baking sheet. 2. Pop into the oven at 225F for 5 minutes then give it a stir. Place it back and then take it out and give it a stir every 10 minutes until it becomes a beautiful caramel color and the chocolate is nice and smooth. (should take about 40 minutes) 3.
