Join me for a weekly wrap up of books I've read this week, along with plans for the rest of January. What are your reading goals for 2026? My plan -- subject to "squirrel moments" of course --is to read from as many genres as possible, especially the ones I think I don't like, because, if you can't change your mind, you can't change anything, right? Looking for recommendations for really wonderful science fiction, romantasy, historical and contemporary fantasy reads. Really, anything that isn't historic or literary fiction. What's YOUR favorite genre, and why?
