Today we hike Sulphur Mountain! An easy peak just outside of the town of Banff, in Banff National Park, Alberta Canada. Does anyone even hike up this one anymore, or just take the gondola? 😅 ehh, who cares. Sulphur Mountain is great for beginners, young or old. The path is as “flat” as it gets, and it’s very clean with very little rubble to worry about tripping over. 10.9km and 756m gain, this mountain will get you sweating but not make you pass out. You’ll be rewarded once on top with views of the town of Banff, the Fairmont Hotel, the Bow River, Rundle Mountain, Cascade Mountain, and other surrounding peaks and attractions.
