All my love, Mom❤️ 📝INGREDIENTS (3-4 servings) Onion (1) Olive oil (1T) Red bell pepper (1) Garlic (1T) Canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes (28oz) Ground cumin (1t) Smoked paprika (1t) Chili flakes (A pinch) Salt (To taste) Black pepper (To taste) Eggs (5) Feta Fresh parsley or cilantro (For garnish) 🧑🍳 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS 1. Sauté the veggies: Sauté sliced onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and peppers, then cook for 5–6 mins. 2. Build the sauce: Stir in tomato paste, then add the fire-roasted tomatoes. 3.
