Its recommended that the oil be changed every 100 hours to maintain optimal performance. The recommended oil is 10w30 weight for moderate climates. The manual recommends the Onan brand but I use GTX motor oil and find that it works equally as well. ***Note: Autozone provides used engine oil recycling so, to dispose of the used oil, I take it to the nearest Autozone store and drop off.
