Saturday, 7 February 2026 — Morning Flight — Cold temperatures and strong, turbulent winds were the norm, setting the tone from the moment we arrived at the field. Given the conditions, aircraft selection mattered more than usual, and the best choices for the day were the Freewing F-22A Raptor (01) 90mm and the Eflite A-10 Warthog Dual 64mm—both well suited to handle rough air and gusty crosswinds. The sky was unsettled and unpredictable, demanding constant focus and frequent control inputs to maintain smooth, stable flight. Every phase of the flight profile—takeoffs, passes, and landings—required extra care and precise timing, turning even routine maneuvers into a deliberate test of pilot skill and aircraft capability.
