First test at three temperatures: Lowest temperature (one dot): approx. 1 g/min Medium temperature (two dots): approx. 20 g/min Highest temperature (three dots/MAX): approx. 37 g/min Plus water leaks. 2. Second test (120s) at the highest temperature: Highest temperature (three dots/MAX): approx. 32–37 g/min Significant water leaks. 🆚 Manufacturer Claims vs. Real-World Performance According to the manufacturer's declared specifications, the nominal steam output for this model is 60 g/min. Based on my home test, my unit reaches a maximum of only about 37 g/min (even at the highest temperature setting!), which is clearly visible in the footage. This means the iron offers only about 60% of the declared steam efficiency, while additionally staining clothes with leaking water. This is a significant discrepancy between the advertised parameters and the actual operation of my unit (I encourage you to check yours). The product was claimed under warranty multiple times; however, both the manufacturer and the retailer consistently maintain that the device is working correctly, despite the measurements and recorded leaks presented in this material proving otherwise. 📜 Complaint History: Complaint 1 (S24910253069) Issue Reported: During use, at lower temperatures, steam output is negligible, and water leaks from the soleplate. Store Response: Item returned without repair – reported defect not found. Complaint 2 (S24911253530) Issue Reported: At one-dot and two-dot temperature settings, the iron does not reach the declared steam output of 60 g/min. Store Response: Item returned without repair – reported defect not found. Complaint 3 (S89512252822) Issue Reported: After fully heating up, the iron reaches a maximum of approx. 45 g of steam per minute at the highest temperature, and the leakage problem persists. According to the manufacturer's declaration, the output should be 60 g/min. Store Response: Repair by the service center at the company's expense (replacement of the heating soleplate). In practice, this brought no change to the device's operation – the steam is still weak, and water still leaks. ⏳ Deadline Exceeded regarding the third complaint, I received the decision information only after 30 days (from December 23 to January 22). In my assessment, under current consumer law, a failure to respond within the statutory deadline should result in the complaint being recognized as justified. Despite exceeding this deadline, Media Expert refuses a refund, maintaining the position that the device is functional. ❌ Conclusions and Summary None of the repairs or service interventions solved the problem. Both the manufacturer and the seller maintain that the device works correctly; therefore, I am forced to pursue my rights in court. Based on my experience, I personally do not recommend buying this specific product. The actual performance of my unit differs drastically from the declared parameters (weak steam), and the troublesome water leaks make comfortable ironing impossible. The complaint process proved to be long and ineffective. In my opinion, such a large quality difference may mislead consumers.
