Professor Rubenstein is the author, co-author, or editor of four books and more than a dozen scholarly articles, as well as dozens of shorter publications, most of which concern complex litigation. Professor Rubenstein has also served as a court-appointed expert in several high-profile multi-district litigation (MDL) matters and he regularly provides expert witness and consulting services to attorneys involved in complex procedural matters.
