My work encompasses exploring and then repairing the complex relationship between your body, your emotions, your Self and others especially in the aftermath of childhood trauma including: emotional neglect, under-parenting, narcissistic family systems, alcoholism, sexual, physical and emotional abuse and neglect. In other words, unresolved complex trauma. I love introducing clinicians to a more insightful, comprehensive conceptual lens and the use of experiential and interpersonal therapeutic processes that repair, rework and recreate healthy interpersonal and intrapersonal templates that support the Real Self in a healthy and supportive manner that creates fulfillment and well-being.
