In this episode I'm going to show you how to use a WordPress plugin to clean up the thumbnails that are saved inside of your uploads folder on your server. 1 of the great features of WordPress is that you get to change your themes in order to find out what works best for you. Each theme uses different thumbnail sizes in order to properly display the images on your website in a nicely formatted way. The problem is that when you change your theme often you will need to regenerate your thumbnails in order to make sure that your pictures are being displayed properly for your new theme. Now this means that you will have multiple copies of the same image in different thumbnail sizes taking up space on your server. If you're on a server that has a limited capacity for size then it's important that you ensure that you don't have unneeded items save.
