I was recently commissioned to make a special 30th present by converting a whisky barrel into a drinks cabinet. This was an extra special present as the recipients great grandfather was the very first manager at the Tormore Distillery and the build some very special features. The top has a leather cover which has been laser engraved with the Tormore Distillery logo also the inside of the door has a replica plaque showing the name and years of service of his grandfather which is currently on show at the distillery itself. The shelf inside is made from the lid of another barrel and there are useful downlighters inside the to display glasses and bottles easily. The cables have all been neatly hidden away inside a hollowed out barrel stave to keep the inside sleek. All finished off with an old padlock to keep everything safe! Thanks for watching, enjoy!
