Taste the spice of the South😋 🥩 The Simple Beef Dry Fry This dish is all about cooking the beef twice: once to make it soft, and once to make it crispy and spicy. 🧂 What Goes In (The Flavors) Beef: The main star. The Basics: Salt, turmeric, and chili powder. The Fresh Stuff: Ginger-garlic paste and lime juice. The Spices: Black pepper, fennel seeds (for smell), and garam masala. The Red Color: Kashmiri chili powder (for color without too much heat) and chili flakes. The Crunch: Corn flour (helps it get crispy). The Toppings: Plenty of curry leaves , onion and green chilies. Oil: For frying. 🍳 How to Make It (The Method) Boil the Beef: Mix the beef with some ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, and a little water. Cook it in a pressure cooker until the meat is soft. Slice It: Once the meat is cooked and cooled down, slice it into small pieces or strips.
