This guide aims to show you some useful info regarding fishing in Digimon World: Next Order. At first, Fishing in Digimon World: Next Order can seem a little underwhelming. If you are like me, you will have picked it up once or twice but never really took the time to thoroughly explore it. That being said, players who have delved down the path of angling in their spare time will probably tell you that its actually not as bad as you might first think. Whether you're aiming to obtain free food towards the beginning of your journey, acquire useful ingredients for the more beneficial recipes in the mid game, or, as I imagine most players do, sell your fish for profit, fishing can actual be quite rewarding. This guide aims to share what I believe to be some of the most relevant information when it comes to fishing in Next Order and pass on what I've learned thus far. Together, the guide will look at: 1) Exploring some of the useful fishing spots outside of Floatia: 1:32 2) Discuss the digimon residents who will come to the city and buff your fishing banks: 2:35 3) Identify which fish you can acquire from each fishing hole/bank within the city itself: 4:45 4) Highlight some of the useful mineral spots of materials needed to upgrade your fishing hole in the builder: 6:55 5) Showcase some of the top fish that give out the biggest rewards: 7:59 As always, if you guys want to add to the discussion by pointing out some of your fishing tips/tricks/locations, let everyone know in the comments. You guys have knocked it out of the park on the last few videos, and for that I love you guys. Thank you for your continued support! 1) As well as the fishing banks that will begin to pop up in your city, there are also a number of fishing spots found throughout the world. It's likely that after a short while, you won't need to return to these locations very often as, after you upgrade your fishing hole's inside the city, you will have all the resources you need there. Until then however, these can act as a consistent means to get the same fish over and over. As well as the obvious bridge and bank in nigh plains, I have tried to mention some of the other useful fishing spots located in the game. 2) One of the central points of the Digimon World Games is to find resident Digimon to come and join your city. Some of these digimon are going to join the fishing hole in the entertainment district and or offer you some sort of fishing related equipment. This guide will discuss these residents 'Wormmon, Seadramon, Vikemon, Gomamon & MegaSeadramon'. 3) In order to obtain a bigger variety of fish from the banks in your city, you will have to upgrade them. I aim to provide a list of every fish that I have caught in each bank. There might be other fish that you are able to catch in each bank, fish that aren't on my lists. These are just the fish that I have definitely caught! In other words, you guys can guarantee that these fish definitely exist in each bank. If you guys have caught another type of fish, in bank 1 for example that I haven't mentioned, then let you can update us in the comments. Also, bare in mind that I had access to all of the lures and these might affect what you are able to catch in each bank. If you want max efficiency, pick up these lures from Gomamon first. This will give you the best chance of catching what you're aiming for: 4) To get the fishing hole leveled up, you will need to find a copious amount of rare water materials, amongst other shenanigans. For the sake of time, I won't include the minerals required to make the fishing hole level 2, as these are pretty easy to find. In the video, I provide the locations to the resources required for levels 3, 4 & 5: mainly Digilon water, Digirainbowdrop & Digiholywater. 5) So what's the point of all this, what fish do you want to priorities. There's a pretty lengthy list of these, but best ones for selling are: Digipirarucu - 2000, Digiarowana - 2000, Digisnakehead - 4000 & Digituna - 5000. In addition, some fish can be cooked at the camp to raise stats, bonds and even training effects. The video shows some of the most useful meals that I have found in the game thus far. As a last point, try to remember that fishing does move time forward in game- so keep that in mind. If the time you have with your Megadigimon is precious, it doesn't make sense wasting three days trying to catch a daft Digituna. Thanks for watching guys, it really means a lot!
