Simple, soft and fluffy pancakes from scratch

Hello! I am back with a dish everyone loves & is super easy to make. Have you a simple recipe for soft & fluffy pancakes from scratch! Follow me on Instagram on the link below ⬇️   / cookingwith_sam   Ingredients: 1cup flour (sieved) 1cup milk 1 egg 3tbs sugar 2tbs butter (on room temperature) 1tsp baking powder 1/4tsp baking soda 1/4tsp vanilla essence a pinch of salt Method: Mix all the dry ingredients together (sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda & flour). Beat an egg & add milk plus vanilla essence to it. Add butter to the beaten egg as well (vegetable oil can also be used instead). Mix well & add it to the mixed flour. Whisk well. Heat a pan & brush it with a bit of butter. Pour a scoop of the mixture on to the pan & let it fry. Serve it with butter, syrup, honey, nutella or anything you'd like. Enjoy the real soft Pancakes!
