اعوذ باللہ من الشیطان الرجیم بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم السلام علیکم Hi friend, how do you expect all of you, then please subscribe to my video, please start the recipe if you subscribe to my video Chane ki daal is a popular Pakistani dish made with split chickpeas (chana dal) cooked in a flavorful broth with spices and herbs. Here's a simple recipe to make delicious chane ki daal: #ajkakitchen #sajidahameed ‪@Mamjadalvi‬ ‪@Farhanabbasexclusive‬ ‪@AjkaKitchen‬ Ingredients: 1 cup split chickpeas (chana dal) 4 cups water 2 tablespoons ghee or oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder Salt, to taste Fresh cilantro, for garnish Lemon wedges, for serving Instructions: 1. Rinse the chana dal and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat ghee or oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it's translucent and lightly browned. 4. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for another minute. 5. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. 6. Add the soaked chana dal and 4 cups of water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the dal is tender and mushy. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges on the side. You can serve chane ki daal with rice, roti, or naan bread. Enjoy! Optional variations: Add a splash of lemon juice or a pinch of amchur powder for a tangy flavor. Mix in some chopped spinach or kale for added nutrition. Add a few whole red chilies or a teaspoon of hot sauce for an extra kick of heat.
