#yarrangobillycaves #yarrangobillythermalpool During our snowy mountains trip in nsw we visited Yarrangobilly Caves and Yarrangobilly Thermal Pool which was a real treat. The walk to the caves and from the caves was just stunning with gorgeous towering mountains surrounding the path. The Yarrangobilly Caves are considerably cooler inside so make sure you bring a jumper as it is pretty fresh inside. It is a short walk to and from the caves and the thermal pools so it makes a great day out experiencing both. We started by checking out the Yarrangobilly Caves first then hiking over to the thermal pools for a picnic lunch and dip in the natural spring thermal pool which is 27 degrees Celsius all year round. There are picnic tables and bbq areas as well as toilets and change rooms. It is a steep walk down so make sure you bring proper walking shoes. Also note that there is limited reception.
