We are hiking the Barranca de Huentitan in Jalisco, Mexico on this final episode of our Guadalajara Series and this was probably our favorite adventure of them all! The Barranca de Huentitan is a massive canyon that literally borders the municipality of Guadalajara and is a very popular spot with locals for exercise and recreation. However, you won't find an awful lot of tourists here which made it a very local experience which we loved!
