My newest addition to my HOn3 collection. This beautiful Blackstone Models K-27 #462 with the Moffat Tunnel Green Boiler jacket. Courtesy of my friend Adam, I have the pleasure to own this model. It is shown running here on the Slim Gauge Guild layout in Pasadena, CA. All of us got to run on the layout with various engines and consists. We started with narrow gauge, my buddy Sam and his Blackstone Models K-27 #455 Post Wreck with the Standard Gauge tender and new cab. Quite a lash up of engines and unfortunately I did not get footage of our double header that we ran later than night. A shoutout and thank you, to the men over at the guild for a fantastic time and much hospitality for all thier efforts and great conversations. It’s always a pleasure to operate with them and have a chance to run out equipment on the layouts.
