Chicken Breads in Air Fryer -In a bowl, mix yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy. -In another bowl, add maida, egg, oil and the yeast mixture. Knead well to make a soft dough. -Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour until it doubles in size. Prepare the Filling: -Heat a pan and sauté the chicken. -Add ginger garlic paste, green masala, red chili powder, turmeric and salt. -Add yogurt, mix well, cover and cook until the chicken is tender and the mixture becomes slightly dry. Let it cool. Assemble: -Punch down the dough to release the air and knead lightly again. -Divide into portions, flatten each piece and fill with the chicken mixture. -Seal and shape into stuffed breads or buns.
