Loyola School, Telco, celebrates KG Annual Parents' Night with a flourish. After the huge success of the first ever stage production 'The Blue Umbrella' by the senior students of Loyola School, Telco, it was the turn of the little ones to display their talent at the commemoration of 10 glorious years of this institution, empowering dreams and crafting leaders. The highly anticipated event hosted at Loyola School, Telco commenced with a welcome address by Mrs. Colleen Xavier, Moderator-Nursery and Kindergarden. Mrs. Xavier warmly welcomed the guests and parents and conveyed the message that a strong partnership between home and school was key to the children's success. Mrs. Vineeta Francis Ekka, Vice Principal - Junior Section, Loyola School, Bistupur, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest accompanied by School Principal Mrs. Charanjeet Ohson, Fr. Gerry D'souza, Administrator and Coordinators Reshma and Zeenat Maria. The programme was a vibrant celebration that brought together students, parents and faculty for an evening of thrilling performances by the students of the Nursery, Lower KG and Upper KG, showcasing student talent and the school's commitment to holistic development. The lively welcome dance by the students of Upper KG set the tone for a delightful evening. The programme featured a diverse array of performances, including captivating dance numbers and musical presentations, thereby demonstrating the creativity and hard work of the students and teachers. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Each performance by the students of Nursery and Lower KG portrayed themes like God's creation, love for animals, unity in diversity and wonders of nature, which brought to life, the dreams and thoughts of the tiny tots. The children shone through each of the performances, which made it an enjoyable experience and lasting memory for the parents. The dance performance to retro music by the students of Lower KG, in particular, received huge applause from the audience. One of the memorable moments was a short musical play, 'The Wedding of Jack and Jill', performed by the students of Upper KG, which earned huge appreciation from the enthusiastic audience. The choir's rendition of Jingle Bells, and the entrance of little Santa at the end, brought in the excitement and spirit of Christmas. In her address to the gathering, the Chief Guest, Mrs. Vineeta Ekka, appreciated the effort of the students, and the teachers' commitment in fostering a holistic environment that goes beyond academics. Today's event was a testament to the teachers' collective effort. The evening concluded with an address by the Principal, Mrs. Charanjeet Ohson, who highlighted the event's importance in strengthening the bond between the school and families. She emphasized the importance of both education and character development in school. As the curtains came down on this impressive display of talent, there was a sense of joy and accomplishment all around, leaving parents and students with lasting memories and a strong sense of community.
