I install the full Barker's exhaust, EHS modified airbox and intake, and EHS fuel programmer. Part 2 will have all before and after performance data. For those wondering, yes, I realized I never came back to the small piece of insulation at the end of the exhaust install. This piece gets installed on the inside of the plastic side panel where the exhaust makes the turn down. Barker's exhaust claims it may not be totally necessary, but they found that when it gets very hot, if a riders leg is pressing on the plastic hard enough, it will start to melt the plastic,.
