Or rather: I wish someone would have told me earlier how to make it work for me. Don’t get me wrong: if the @tirtir_global Mask Fit AIfilter Cushion Foundation (SPF30 PA ++, 18g) works for you without using the built-in blending palette (mimicking the back of your hand) and by patting it on like any other Korean cushion: congrats, you’re doing fine and you don’t need to know how to tweak the application to get the result that is advertised on the packaging… but still… maybe you can try it with another cushion foundation that doesn’t seem to sit right. -Jyst trying to be helpful here… 😘 So… just to repeat: 🍊 The blending palette makes sure the sponge puff is saturated and coated evenly with the foundation. It will make application thinner and easier to blend. 🍊 If patting it in doesn’t seem to work with this high-adherence texture, try short swipes or strokes as if you’re using a good old foundation brush. On my skin, this is the most crucial little technique to get a blurred out filter-like finish that won’t look cakey or uneven. The whole thing won’t take longer and it will leave you with the cute skin finish I was looking for. I actually prefer it now to the viral red cushion that I can see work better for oilier skintypes looking for full coverage. In my humble opinion, the orange one looks and feels slightly better on my dehydrated 40+ combo skin.
