This is my first big print with the Creality CR-10S printer. This 86 inch manifold stands at over 7 feet tall. It's mostly glued together with super glue, but I also tried out a 3D printing pen to weld some of the joints together. #3Dprint #Big #HowTo Thingiverse if you want to print this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:365... Here is the Creality CR-10S printer I'm using: https://amzn.to/2MdwcRN Here are some stainless steel nozzles I've been using for faster prints and printing with carbon fiber PLA: https://amzn.to/2KgOsHF Here is the 3D printer handheld pen I've been using that works great: https://amzn.to/2W6Wv0G I've tried many PLA filaments at this point and what I've found is that most of them work fine regardless of price point. I've had good success with 3D Solutech White 3D Printer Ultra PLA Filament 1.75MM : https://amzn.to/2YOTija And most recently I've been using NOVAMAKER 3D Printer Filament - White 1.75mm PLA. It has worked fine but I've needed to increase the flow output a bit, which may mean the diameter runs a little small on average... or may be because I'm printing 0.6mm at the moment: https://amzn.to/2YNv1da Here is the "3D Print Coating" enamel product I used, which is highly recommended by others... I am still skeptical that many other epoxy resin products would work fine. https://amzn.to/2YP1W13
