Blog Post: http://wp.me/pJgaa-Z2 Buy from CS Toys: http://tinyurl.com/8qnvpaq --- Every year we receive a giant, expensive plastic robot that will do cool things with our smaller plastic robots we've amassed over the years. This year we have the BuddyZord LT-06 Tategami LiOh. He was released in October of 2012 at Japanese retailers everywhere for the grand total of ¥11,000. That's a lot of money, just letting everyone know. LiOh can convert from Buddy Vehicle (a three wheeled motorcycle) to a Buddy Animal (a lion) to LiOh himself, the MegaZord mode for the robot. Conversion is actually really easy between forms, and after a transformation or two it should be stuck in your head. When in Buddy Animal or Buddy Vehicle mode, Go-Buster Ace can clip onto the seat and ride LiOh. This actually looks way cooler than it should be, and is easily my favorite method of posing him. From LiOh, you can combine him with Gorilla and Rabbit to make Go-Buster LiOh, a slightly taller Go-BusterOh formation that uses LiOh instead of Ace. Finally you can combine that with Beetle and Stag Beetle to create Go-Buster King, a Great Go-Buster formation that uses LiOh instead of Ace to create a mammoth of a robot. While not as tall as G-12, he gives the formation a run for its money. Both formations look pretty awesome from the front, but turn into a mess from the side or behind. Pieces are just placed everywhere, and the end result is just awkward. LiOh's mane/wheel makes sounds as it rolls, that varies from phrases, motor noises, and roars depending on the formation. As it stands, Tategami LiOh is an amazing toy on his own. The giant triplechanger is simply fun to play with regardless of whether you own the other Buster Machines. If you do however own the Buster Machines, then this is an even better buy. Yeah, it's expensive, but the formations are fun to build even if the end product is questionable. I still have to say, nothing beats Ace on a bike. Love it. Definitely recommended, especially on a discount. --- Awesome Intro thanks to Ryokuya!
