Server invite below-   / discord   Hello everyone. If you're here, then I imagine it's because you read the title. I would like to take this moment to discuss the current state of the mod. I will be discussing some of the things that happened leading up to current day involving the current drama of the mod. First, I would like to say, yes. I'm fully aware of the supposed "risks" involved playing the mod. It has literally been brought up thousands of times by those in the discord, as well as those in the comments (many of which I have removed because while they are valid concerns, they are not the full truth of the matter). If any other "PSA/LOL SPYWARE/MALWARE/DRM" comments are made, they will be removed and you will be blocked. This is not to suppress the information, but rather to make sure that objective truth gets out and to keep discussions civil. If you fail to follow this request, then I know you will not have read the description and know that you aren't here in good-faith. Second, I would like to emphasize that even as a tester I do not endorse what this mod has done. In fact, none of us on the team did, and I was one of the first and most vocal to voice concerns about the systems implemented, as I knew the public would not be happy with the decision or even the reasons. All of what happened is directly because of Zashiko's decisions and whatever reasons fueled them. Many others, including the original maker of the Demake, have come forth expressing major disappointment in Zashiko's actions as they have caused needless issues for many who weren't even the intended "targets" of his "DRM" and the blacklist. He has been confronted to remove the "DRM" and blacklist due to the many problems it's brought up and to make the source code public as per the original Demake maker's rules when making works using his code. We have not heard from Zashiko in days, so there is nothing else to say on this matter. Third, now that's been cleared up, please stop harassing other members and content creators who were part of the Zashiko team to help with the mod. We only have so much power with our given roles, and many of us only wanted to make the best game mod that we could for a project we all adored. To see this unfold has been soul-crushing to say the least. Benja, a content creator who helped refine Zero's gameplay through his suggestions, made a post about the matter which can be found here    • Запись   Much like Benja, I too gave everything I could to improve Axl in the mod, as his gameplay was sorely lacking compared to the other two, and his current state in this build is genuinely one I enjoy very much and wish others could too, but I fear that my literal months of effort will be for nothing if Zashiko does not make the very obvious and correct choices soon. Again, please do not harass other members, or even Zashiko himself. While Zash has plenty to answer for, it will not happen if a witch hunt happens. Everyone must simply remain calm and wait for future developments. Fourth, for those concerned about "DRM/Spyware/Malware" I will simply say that while the rest of the team fully disagrees with the implementation, we do not believe the mod is spyware/malware, and the DRM accusation is loosely used going off the actual DRM definiton. I am not a tech guy by any means, but someone who is was part of the team and made a response of sorts as to how this stuff should operate. I will leave the post here as it explains what is happening better than I could. If you're curious about how to unlock this version because you already have the build and aren't worried about the "risks" then you're in for a journey. This is not actually "Nightmare Zero" but rather an unlockable super form with colors you can edit. I chose Nightmare Zero because it looks cool, but also to bring more attention to the situation at hand. That said, the form is basically Black Zero but stronger. 4 jumps, insane defense and power, spike immunity etc. This is supposed to be unlocked by clearing Ninja Gaiden mode as Zero, but I received it as a reward from Zashiko for helping the mod stay alive during his absence. It is tied to a server-side check so I cannot just give the character data to those who don't wanna struggle with the challenge. Sorry.
