2023 Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 - First rides and some break-in miles.

While I totally enjoyed my 2018 Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports, I finally realized that it was just too big and heavy for me. I struggled to get my feet down flat at a stop and forget about having to move it around. I let her go and have replaced the AT with a 2023 Royal Enfield Himalayan. I have always liked the Himalayan since the first time I sat on one when it was introduced at the New York Motorcycle show. This video shows me picking up the Himalayan, some of the ride home, around the neighborhood and finally some break-in miles. Even found some dirt to fool around in at a couple of “undisclosed” locations. One quarter of the power of the AT but I feel I could go anywhere on the Himalayan.
