I didn't get into Architecture to become an Architect, because that was never my goal. The goal is to build buildings, and being an Architect (as I am), is just one tool in the set of things that help us connect the dots across the entire building project development process. Developing projects from their early days to being open facilities opened my eyes as-to where decisions are really made, and how leveraging this understanding can lead to better projects and better results overall for Owners. This means that over the last 20+ years, I've filled in the gaps in my knowledge, experience, and understanding. Real estate, finance, legal, construction, operations, and of course continuing to develop my work as an Architect. This has helped connect the dots from end to end, so that very quickly, we can have conversations that encompass the whole project timetable, set smart strategies, and just know what the heck is going on and what's next... https://www.ryanstudio.us/
