Customer Reviews Looks cool, easy to set, works great! got it for a Bonsai  I got this for a little Bonai tree I bought that sits next to a window but isn’t fully in the sun. This works great. You set the timer once, and then every day at the same time it will go on for 6, 8, or 12 hours. After talking to a bunch of people at the plant place, they recommend that you set the timer to imitate the seasons, see you in the winter I have mine set for eight hours, and in the summer I will probably go to 12. The light is designed very well, and it looks really good, that was a problem I was worried about but this light doesn’t detract from a the nice area I have the plant. The ride on the back of the light extends so you can use it for most small plants under probably 2 feet. Slight chance it won’t work  Update: they sent me a new light and $5 back. I bought three of these lights, I love that they extend to different heights, have timers, and even different brightness levels! But one out of my three will not turn on(see video) the button lights up when pushed but the light does not turn on:( very sad about it, the other two seem to be working fine for now though Smaller than expected but definitely worth it  Perfect for small indoor house plants. Get it!  Reasonably priced and does the job.I purchased this for my prayer plant which is pretty tall. I needed a light that can be extend beyond 12 inches. The automatic turn on setting for each hour setting is differentiated by color, which is helpful. I’m so ignorant of tech but as soon as I wake up at 7 am it’s already on. Magic? Lol. The one thing is that the pole itself is not bottom heavy so you have to secure the light so it doesn’t wobble. The remote light is super bright. When I get up at night to use the restroom I pass by my office and it is literally lit. Haha! But it’s fine. These calatheas need light! Must have when bringing in potted plants in the fall.  Love the brightness adjustment and timer. Actually works. Looks great Really cute and my plants seem happy  They are adorable and my plants really perked up. My plants all look angelic now. Easy to use. Will definitely get more in the future. Works good for me!  Impressive! It is a great little invention and works well! Looks like a halo over my beautiful Christmas cactus!  Was so easy to stick in my Christmas cactus. Looks like a halo overlooking it.
