Anvil Empire (Pre-Alpha): A Tale of Divine Punishment

This rustic tale involves the fate of the world of the Anvil Empires. A story of mysticism and those who believe. Some will see this and say, no more. Many will pass down this legend to their children as a warning to not so quickly abandon the old ways, to keep their hearts strong - and a healthy dose of caution towards machinery that threatens them. If analyzed by historians hundreds of years in the future of the Anvil world, perhaps they would remark of the myth's importance as a children's folktale, a fable to warn against straying to close to complicated machinery - or perhaps a story used by religious authorities to combat a sense of disregard for their clerical powers. Some could draw comparisons to the waning power of the druids/shamans in the face of the many wars that promoted militarism and loyalty to a creed rather than any one pantheon. They would not know of the story as a fact - rather as a lesson. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The game in question is in Pre-Alpha, in this case my fellow tribesman vaulted inside of the pulley machine and was unable to unstuck himself for several minutes. During this time we had some fun and I hallucinated that it would be a good idea to record what I was doing to 'help'.
