Our guest loves food so much it was a major part of his education and previous employments – he studied HRM in college, taught Commercial Cooking, worked his way up the kitchen ladder starting as a “kusinero”, then becoming head chef in a famous celebrity’s café, and eventually being a restaurant owner.   Then the pandemic hit and things drastically changed that he had to resort to being an employee. Though this job helped him and his family get through the pandemic, he felt something was missing.   Fast forward to the present and you can now see him on his socials doing food vlogs, with his most viewed video hitting the 2 million mark.
