College student Dallin Smuin, 24, says he usually has to go inside to order, but got a pleasant surprise when he drove up to the window and notified the worker that he was deaf. Dallin said: "I had learned that this Starbucks was deaf friendly for drive throughs, but I didn't know what to expect."
