Testing out New Camera and more! At 1037 Hrs we arrive at the West end of Deerfield yard after hearing something on the Radio. Once we got set up, we didnt see anything at first, The only thing we saw was a engine move taking place by the fuel pad. But once we left to get a bite to eat as if waiting for us to leave ED-4 starts its work at the west end of the yard. We didnt miss much, we only missed him shove a gondolas from WTE recycling into the yard. But what we did see is the rest of the work. Once the cars were spotted he cuts the rest and takes one out and then ties onto 3 other gondolas (1 load, 2 empties), he then pulls out to the yard lead where he will then spot the cars on another yard track. Once the cars are situated you will cut off from the cars and tie on to a long cut of tanks and move them one track over, he will then most of the cut except for two which one of the cars were destined for somewhere else. After the cars are switched and situated, he then ties back on to the Gondolas and take them deeper into the yard but was interrupted as their second unit was faced with mechanical problems. So they had to stop what they were doing and head back to the fuel pad. While this was happening NS 16R-27 also known as PAS MOED-28 was waiting at the west end of CPF 384 and with what i assume crew hours running short, they head into the yard engines light with the rest of the consist remained on the yard lead. At this point it was nearing lunch and Camera Battery was running low so i decided that it was a good stopping point, so we packed up and headed for home
