FORECAST | Showers Today, Nice Weekend

We start out mild and muggy with temperatures in the 60’s this morning. As our next front pushes through, scattered showers and thunderstorms will trek through our area from north to southeast throughout this morning. Despite the rain, highs will stay warm in the mid-70’s. Storms taper off and move east through the afternoon with clearing skies this evening and tonight. Lows will be a touch cooler in the wake of the front in the low-to-mid 50’s with much lower humidity. We dry out for the weekend with sunshine returning. While mornings will be slightly cooler for a couple days, afternoon highs stay in the mid-to-upper 70’s through the weekend and into next week. After today, we stay mostly dry through at least midweek.
