Our visit to the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve in Panama! One of our favourite trips of 2019 was to Panama! We had been wanting to get back to Central America after travelling around Costa Rica and Nicaragua two years ago, and Panama had always been high on our list. We based ourselves in Panama City for a week, and fit in as many adventures as possible. A major highlight of our trip was a visit to The Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. We took a boat tour of the Panama Canal and Gatun Lake, saw monkeys and sloths, rode an aerial tram through the treetops of the rainforest, and enjoyed the stunning beauty of Soberania National Park. It was an incredible experience and one of our all-time favourite travel memories!
