He was 𝐉𝐨𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬’𝐬 sidekick on ”𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰.” He also later hosted his own Emmy award-winning talk show, “𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭” and served as music correspondent for “𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭.” He has developed a brand new show entitled "𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐆𝐨! 𝐔𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐟" which celebrates the music of pop songwriters including 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐲𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 & 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐛 (with a splash of 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧 & 𝐌𝐜𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲 -Clint Holmes’ story unfolded as if written by fate, yet each turn was so unexpected and remarkably successful, it exceeded even his wildest imagination. -Clint’s father was an African-American jazz singer and his mother was a classically-trained British opera singer. Clint jokes, “My mom taught me how to sing correctly, and my dad taught me how to enjoy it.” Despite being raised in a musical household from birth, Clint believes his musical journey really began when his father took him to an afternoon jazz jam session when he was just 12 years old. Clint later wrote about that life-changing experience in the song, "𝐀𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬.” -In May, 2026 Clint will celebrate his 80th birthday with a series of concerts called “𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐬: 𝐈𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐲.” -He has a new single, which he has co-written with Frankie Moreno, called “𝐀 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐰” that includes the lyrics, “I’ve been a bad boy all my life, but I’m gonna be a good man now.” It was released in December of 2025. It is Clint’s first new solo release in 7 years. -His original composition, "𝐈𝐟 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧," written after recovering from cancer, has become his theme song and an inspiration to countless fans who find courage in its message. -A documentary on Clint telling his incredible story is currently beginning production -His continually sold-out residency shows in Las Vegas at Myron's at the Smith Center (7 shows a year, including 3 Christmas shows) -As a vocalist, he has recently collaborated on releases with Jeff Harnar ("Sammy Cahn: The Second Time Around") and DIVA Jazz Orchestra ("A Celebration of Maurice Hines: Tappin' Thru Life") which is climbing the NACC and JazzWeek charts -In 2026, Clint has been working with a team of writers and producers to bring a revamped version of his autobiographical one-man stage show back to the stage. -Las Vegas has embraced him as an institution, where he headlined at Harrah’s on the strip for seven years & received numerous accolades, including multiple “Casino Entertainer of the Year,” & “Best Singer“ awards.
