A Poetic Message of Loving Hope from Goddess Brigid

Imbolc Blessings to you Beautiful Souls! This is Goddess Brigid's sacred time🦢 She is such an incredible warm, soothing & loving Goddesses and I love her dearly. She often comes to us and if you sense a warmth, hope and loving inspiration, as in the energy of spring, you can know she is near. As she is a Goddess of Poetry (along with fire, the sun, passion, inspiration, warmth, music, and the mother as fecundity and healing) I asked her to speak through me in a poem and she spoke this beautiful poem to me that I am sharing with you. 🧡 It is a testament of her loving Grace, her Miracles and the Light of Hope that she embodies as the Goddess of Dawn and the return of the Sun. She is the eternal Hope that we embody after a long winter. Goddess Brigid is associated with the Swans and their return on February 1st which marks the first sign of spring as Swans return at the beginning of spring, as does Brigid. Both Swans and Brigid move between both worlds and the swan lives life on land, air and water. Brigid is the maiden aspect of the Cailleach, the hag who ruled over winter, but was transformed into a beautiful maiden at spring, bringing rains and fertility as the Bride. Both Swans and Brigid are associated with healing, purity and fertility. They are also associated together as Mystics. The swan metaphysically represents the flight of the soul as helping one travel to the other world or withinin our dreams. Brigid allows one to shift into the rehlm of transformation through her fires of inspiration for healers and artists. As a Swan Priestess, this is a very special and sacred Day. This day is one that represents the Magic that the Swan Priestess embodies and shares with others- the light, wisdom, fertility, nourishment, and magic in the return of the Spring represented as the Healing of the center of our truest selves, the light within that never dies, our most divine Swan nature.
