The current P-Series Yamaha pianos are built in Indonesia, but this one we have here was one of the last ones to be produced in the UK. This gives it a warmer tone and a more dulcet charm that you tend not to find in the current models.. The Special Order finish in Satin American Walnut is stunning, with only a couple of tiny blemishes to the cabinet. There is a small defect with the soft-pedal, but this is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the playability at all. The internals of the piano are impeccable, with the action being classic Yamaha; smooth & responsive. The sound is particularly impressive, with U-Series-like character & an amazing sonorous bass. This is a stunning instrument for this price, it certainly won't hang around!! I think this is extremely good value for money!
