Everygirl she met on the rooftop are the reasons why the girl attempted suicide in the past. Now that she's grown more jaded and suffered more, she got angry at the girls. When she was rejected, at least she didn't have someone stolen from her like now. When she was bullied at school, at least then her home life was stable and she could always find a roof to return to, unlike now. And every time she did that, the girls jumped off the roof (disappear), representing the feelings leaving her life. But by the time she met the "yellow cardigan girl", she's at a loss of words. She didn't know how to convince the girl(her feelings) to disappear and to leave her alone. So the girl screamed at the yellow cardigan girl(her feelings) to get out her sights instead of confronting it, because she believes she has "no rights" to do so. So the yellow cardigan girl didn't jump (disappear), the feelings continue to linger in her, driving her to commit suicide. The hands reaching out for her when she jumped might be either: 1. Her will to live. Like how most people who have jumped off a bridge felt like they didn't want to die anymore 2/3 through their fall. 2.
