I recently interviewed Regina Bryant about her latest film, the Lifetime thriller 'Pushed Off A Plane and Survived', inspired by a true story and premiering Saturday, February 28, 2026. Bryant stars in the gripping feature as part of a dynamic ensemble, further cementing her presence as a rising force in television and film. During our conversation, we laughed about which extreme sports we would absolutely never attempt, skydiving without a parachute being high on the list given the film’s premise. Bryant spoke about the adrenaline that comes with telling such an intense story and the responsibility of portraying real events with authenticity and care. She also reflected on what it means to be part of such a talented cast, describing the experience as both humbling and creatively energizing. Surrounded by committed performers, she found herself pushed to dig deeper and elevate her craft. Based between Atlanta and Los Angeles, Bryant continues to build an impressive résumé. Her television credits include, 'Grey's Anatomy', 'The Wonder Years', 'Shameless', 'Hawkeye', 'Single Black Female 3: The Final Chapter' and 'All American: Homecoming'. Beyond the screen, Bryant’s work in the short film Project Blackbird led to her participation as a panelist at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival’s Mental Health in Film discussion, and she earned Best Actress at the 2022 London Independent Film Festival for her performance. With a national premiere of 'Pushed Off A Plane and Survived' on Lifetime and a steadily expanding body of work, Regina Bryant is stepping confidently into her next chapter, bringing depth, range and fearless energy to every role she takes on. 'Pushed Off A Plane and Survived', inspired by a true story premieres Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 8pm EST / 7pm CST on Lifetime and the next day on the Lifetime App. Follow Regina Bryant on Instagram at / reginaddbryant #reginabryant #lifetimemovie #basedonatruestory #pushedoffaplaneandsurvived #interview #fanboynation
