This open ended session is for those of you that prefer to nap intuitively and wake up naturally, and is also perfect for for travel, for any time you're behind on sleep and want to catch up, or for anyone who needs to rest well for any reason. This power nap guided meditation uses a body scan and relaxing breathing technique to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Guidance is given for 16 minutes, and music plays for the rest of the track.
