I hope you enjoy this video, a lot of time and preparation came into play :) I'm finding that I enjoy doing longer videos (such as asmr, or the "study with me" type videos). So the future of this channel might include a lot more of those. Please enjoy the completely accidental nature sounds accompanying this meal prep. I had planned for it to be a silent asmr (aside from the cooking sounds of course), but nature was happening all around me that morning. I actually find it quite pleasant and soothing however. Note: The buckwheat muffins could have benefited from a bit more sugar lol, but I am eating them with a little vegan butter and syrup and that seems to do the trick. Also, the broccoli rabe pasta was yummy, however a bit dry the next day. So if you plan to re-create that meal, you might wish to drizzle a little olive oil on your serving each day before you enjoy it. And enjoy the burrito bowls with some salsa!
