A guide for fully disassembling an ERS-7's head/neck to repair the pan axis. This guide covers jitters, but disassembly is the same for all pan axis related repairs. You will need to start by removing the body shells, I have a guide for that here: • Aibo ERS-7 Body Shell Removal/Disasse... This video is heavily edited to keep it as short as possible, total time for this repair (removing body shells, disassembling and removing head/neck, cleaning/repairing pan axis, partial reassembly, testing, full reassembly) is normally 3+ hours. Please do not attempt to repair your Aibo at home unless you know exactly what you are doing and have lots of experience working with similarly delicate electromechanical devices. These dogs are not at all like working on a laptop, camera, phone, etc. They are extremely fragile and I have seen many, many dogs damaged from bad home repairs - follow this guide at your own risk. I take no liability and do not have spare parts to send out if you damage anything. I want Aibo repairs to be more accessible to people, but please ask someone who knows what they are doing if you do not have the necessary skills and experience. I cannot stress this point enough.
