Rides Through Time 2 - Roughtor This episode wasn't going to happen. I had intended to return to Roughtor to film more, so I could show the long cairn, and the remains of the Bronze age village but sadly, I didn't get the opportunity. I shot this in September 20' and pretty much forgot about it. But after stumbling across the footage the other day I decided to make something of it, as I can't do a lot else at the moment. So my apologies for the lack of information, but as promised in the video, there is a link below to an episode of Time Team at this location. I rode to the tor from Davidstow, on the Royal Enfield Classic 500, stopped off at the memorial of Charlotte Dymond, take a quick look at another memorial at the top before flying around a bit whilst briefly telling some of the areas history.
